1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roblox Trade Hub ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 13 years of age or older to use this Platform. By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must maintain a respectful and safe environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Spamming or flooding the marketplace with duplicate or misleading listings.
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.
  • Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or scam trade offers.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to manipulate listings, leaderboards, or values.

4. Roblox Terms of Service Alignment

Our Platform acts as a meeting board for players to arrange in-game trades. You explicitly agree that you must also abide by the official Roblox Terms of Use while using our services and when executing any trades within the Roblox ecosystem.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, profile, and any communications made through the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content or cancel any listings that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to reports of scamming, violating these Terms, or harmful behavior, without prior notice or liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Roblox Trade Hub is an informational directory and communication tool. We do not intermediate trades, nor do we escrow items.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Scammed, lost, or stolen in-game items.
  • Account bans or suspensions issued by Roblox Corporation or game developers.
  • The failure of another user to follow through on an agreed-upon trade.

You agree to use the Platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
